Endless Activities
For first time athletic students, Jesse leads them through a range of disciplines which focus on body awareness, safety and dexterity. Practicing landings and takeoffs leads into rolls and jumps over the course of eight weeks, which forms the foundation for acrobatics such as round-offs, handsprings and flips. Getting acquainted with juggling and flower sticks teaches focus and attunes students to the application of force; while engaging with various games and exercises builds passion, muscle tone, and strong group dynamics.

As students progress, they choose areas to specialize in, and the program branches out from there. Jesse works closely with students and their parents to reach each individual's unique goals, in a way that works best for them. His teaching style is built on positive reinforcement and varied, engaging activities.
